I cut my short position. Oh well. Risk was not looking good. Tricky market here at 4340 +/- 10.

Next week CVX and XOM report earnings. If the market can manage to keep those two red next week I'd be stunned. XOM looking at a historic quarter likely.

Regards to the market, where does the Fed got this thing pinned at? Cem Karsen needs to spill a bean or two.

I entered a very small put position on loss of 4340. losing 4324 and this sucker can fall hard.

AAPL and AMZN the day before XOM and CVX. I think oil price breakout up or down will determine if oil co stocks can prop up this market.

Anyone short HCA yesterday? The 225P is up 2300% today. I did not trade it but wowzers. It opened up at 239 and has fallen to 229. There was a gap all the way to 217. Looks like that might fill and it does back to last summer.

I earned the distinction of poorly timed entries and exits this week. What a cluster. Holding positions not taking losses.

Oil & Gas and Ag Commodities,....the fundamentals don't point downward today or next 30/60 days. Buddy of mine, farms southern KS at 15k acres, dropped the corn planters in the ground late Monday. The ground is still cold where I am and south of me. USDA will likely have a glorious planting progress report on next Monday. Bottom line, progress is slow....and it's a bit dry overall.

See if VIX bounces off $26

I kind of want to sell AMD 87Ps for next week. But the macro sucks.

87's a huge support level, earnings coming up in two weeks.

Been wrong on so much this week feeling gun shy about this.
