they aiming for 260 on NFLX? shorts going for blood
Okay. I know you can relate to this. The way you feel about TTD, I feel about WBD. I think yours is more a very long term hold adding value along the way. Mine, I'm not sure about being a "long term hold adding value along the way", because I think AAPL eventually buys WBD (after 2 years due to laws). Or, WBD buys PARA in 12 to 18 months and becomes the ultimate.ProgN said:

same...indicative of an irresponsible trade...which I am guilty of LOLtlepoC said:
It's amazing how much the account balance shoots up when WWR moves. Much preferred to the other direction.

As a general rule of thumb, never buy (or sell) a stock after massive earnings move like FB. There is something known as earnings drift - this is a proven phenomenon measured over hundreds of thousands of earnings.
The general idea is the stock will drift in that direction for the next 6-8 weeks.
$5 ?!?!? Ill take a $2.50 and hold at this pointBob Knights Liver said:Socialism Sucks said:

I'd image the first AH buying was shorts covering. We'll need new buyers if we want to get back to the $5 level and above.

How about we compromise and say $11?
The bleed into other majors will allow for some value plays to occur, and perhaps some spicy lotto chances as well if you get them. Even AMZN got bled on this.$30,000 Millionaire said:
in my opinion, this is a major over reaction to NFLX. Both in the NFLX stock and in the SPX/NDX. One company is not the stock market.
By the way, doing some rough math. NFLX is getting an average of $9.9/month per subscriber and at the current AH share price, their P/E ratio will be under 20.
They have 200M subscribers and they will figure out growth.
XOM,...I'm ready for next week..McInnis 03 said:NFLX thought....aggiedaniel06 said:

could be a nice put play for a month or two out.
I'll look deeper into it. ThanksFarmer @ Johnsongrass, TX said:Okay. I know you can relate to this. The way you feel about TTD, I feel about WBD. Or think of it as a way to harvest more tax losses by buying WWR callsBob Knights Liver said:
One option would have been to buy $2.50 calls to "replace" your shares since they were $0.05 or less for May. Then sell your shares after purchasing the calls. Think of it as cheap insurance in case it pops during your 30 day period.
This is one I trade to accumulate net free shares and generate premium at times. Those shares are all I hold long. Maybe someday it goes.BaylorSpineGuy said:
Maybe….but it's still a year from being done. They just broke ground.
And they have to make a product right or bring that delicious graphite out of the ground somehow. Till that's done….no money will be coming. They may get some money from contracts but they gotta deliver. Hasn't been done yet.
Hard to get too excited on this one. It's actually trading for less AH today than it was when Biden simply announced he was gonna support development of these resources without even a dollar specifically earmarked to WWR.

This stock has been hyped to no end on this board. Am convinced this board holds 40% of the company. But its long term chart is not encouraging. Maybe one day it curls out of the long downward channel.
I had even more buys at 1.52 (prior posted levels) set to try and catch early premarket (4am) flashes. Didn't fill obviously.BaylorSpineGuy said:
