I am looking to sell May or later $10 (maybe higher) puts on BCTX.......taking posessions in the 7-8's has worked well for me so far and I'm OK with taking on more.

My favorite part is when we're green and I think "Ok, it's go time" only to have a soul crushing red candle tell me that I suck.

I bought it at $41 a few weeks ago. Just sold 1/2023 C45 @6.65. 25% return if it gets called away.

Curious what folks over there do until high school though, as the elementary and middle aren't very good. My parents are in Afton Woods (the little gated patio home community down the way) and I see a lot of signs for private.

How do you reconcile the SP futures going up and breaking above 4420 and SPY going down over last 5-6 minutes?

When there is a discrepancy , how do u decide which is leading and which is following?

You're correct. I was thinking it was zoned to one of the lowe ranked middles.

The elementary was the poorly rated one when they were looking. Obviously my parents didn't care but Housman dashed my hoped of pulling an Andrea Zukerman with my kids.

We don't have kids yet but have had the conversation with the home buying process. Our thought was to send them to St. Cecilias through lower school and then Spring Branch Middle (assuming that is still a good school which as far as I know still is). Then Memorial if we are still in the house.

I think that area is one of the more undervalued areas in Houston right now. It is starting to be found by people my age (30). Close to the heights to still be able to go out and enjoy the city life and still zoned to Memorial and SBM? I was 100% all in with that combo. Same sf in the heights would have cost $70/sf more expensive with HISD schools and Heights High School. Both areas will hold value but being zoned to Memorial saves A LOT of money in Houston these days with rising private high school costs.
