This guy won Dumb Moneys investing challenge last year. Been following him since and he's sharp as hell and seems to rely more on Macro and sector analysis more than TA. He's been tweeting about WWR today and then the rocket followed.

Today's move started at 90-minutes, so if you were playing a 30-minuter OR, you caught it. OR was too wide for my liking today, so I didn't play.

I work on the 10 minutes, using Ripster clouds (5-12, 34-50, and 77-89).

Just looking back at charts over the last 10 days on so many, the peak move happened somewhere in the first half hour and then chopped or retreated.

I've been an ardent believer in the ORB and staying out the first half hour, but been missing some significant pops by doing so. Kind of frustrating.

In the good Doctor's defense, it was an >7% move within a 45 minute period. Also two >300k 15-min volume candles next to each other.



I do think I might have broken my femur rushing back to my desk from lunch, so Doc may need to assist. Where's your femur again?

Better to miss the move than guess wrong and lose money.

I agree that it's tempting to make a move early when there's a lot of volatility but I don't see that being a winning strategy in the long run.

I bought NVDA $285C for 4/22. I think the chart screams big move up but want to give myself a little time after next month's OPEX. We are above MAs for resistance, look like we're consolidating after Thursday's big move, and have a W on the daily chart. The next pivots above Thursday's high are $313, 323, and 334.

Filled for $11.15. I set my stop at $8.25 to give the underlying price room to fake below the 5- and 100- SMAs around $271.50.

I don't care if folks want to plug their lungs, it's their lungs to plug. If I am paying for iron lungs through medical premiums or taxes, so what....look at all the pork barrel I have to fund now. I'll be funding the same for weed smokers eventually.

All I ask is, don't pick winners and losers in business. If it's between weed, vape, e-Cig or combustible, etc., let the consumer pick the winner and not the gov't or activist groups.

Tobacco down today. Good buying opp.

Wow.
The budget proposal is horrible. It calls on raising the corporate tax rate to 28% from 21%. That will severely impact small business owners. It also uses a ridiculously low number for it's inflation prediction.
