I'm not saying do this..........but the runup to this vote is pretty intense. I'd expect the relief valve to pop after the vote. Downside even after a positive vote would be my play if you had a gun to my head. ESPECIALLY crap like SNDL.

TLRY is high visibility. Resistance 8.70, then run to 10ish.

MJ ETF. MJ is up against resistance at 11.60. If it breaks that can go to 14 quick.

Treasuries Had One of the Worst Weeks... 2/5/10 Set Recent Records

Some say it was the worst back up since 1999... Anyway you looked at, the rates space got crushed this week... It started with Powell giving the green flag to the Bond Vigilantes that the race to higher rates was on... 2 years were out 35 basis on the week, 5 years 42 and 10 years 32... You get the drift... Some say today's catalyst was the 4 50 basis hikes that Citi priced in... We saw a respected strategist said today's move had to do more with the interpretation of the Russian announcement, where they said they were concentrating on securing the Eastern Donbas region, where this was a step towards less economic risk and allows rate hikes to be built in...we question this, as a reduction in risk in the Ukraine should lead to a gap higher in equities... And so far that is not the case...

For perspective Last Friday close Currently... Change Pct%

2 year treasury 1.94 2.30 36 basis 19%

5 year treasury 2.14 2.56 42 basis 19.6%

10 year treasury 2.15 2.47 32 basis 14.8%

we get to do this again next week... With both the 2 year and 5 year coming for auction on Monday... And unemployment on Friday.. 4 Fed speakers scheduled... There will be more
