Any catalyst for this future rip or are we at high risk of crapping it all away today with Fed talks?
If Powell signals 3-4 rate hikes - chop
If Powell signals 1-2 rate hikes - rippy
How to know if he signals 1-2? If he mentions downside risks associated with employment gains and doesn't want the FED to be the catalyst.
How to know if he signals 5-7? If he states that inflation must be controlled despite unknown costs of action.
Probabilities based on nothing more than my opinion:
Powell signals 5-7 rate hikes - crash - 20%
If Powell signals 3-4 rate hikes - chop - 70%
If Powell signals 1-2 rate hikes - rippy - 10%
I played my scalp so please feel free to launch.BrokeAssAggie said:

I was sitting there watching those TSLA 840/850/860 flies and the net bid went to $1.15, well over my sell order of $1 and it didn't fill. I really feel like Fidelity does not get fills well these days. Is there another platform that's better? I've had a lot of problems with them recently.

I feel like by flipping to puts yesterday i singlehandedly solved inflation and the war in Ukraine. Maybe later I'll drop all my sava positions so they can go ahead and cure Alzheimer's

I moved these to $0.95 and they filled. Ridiculous!

I'm switching if I lose my special deal pricing on the GM product. I can shop 24/7 at Walmart, and the Parts Dept hours at the GM dealer restrict me, so I want to change. The price difference won't allow yet. I got a sweet deal...dont want to say free, but almost. It's legit. I just made an agreement with the right guy at the right time.
Moving on,....
If you guys are playing the tickers CORN and/or WEAT right now 2 things to consider
1.) I noted yesterday the USDA Planting Intentions Report that comes out at the end of March and typically is a a rally killer, beware.
2.) If Ukraine and Russia get a peace agreement, I'd exit. Here's the risk/reward - if the peace agreement doesn't hold the rally comes back, if the peace agreement holds the winter wheat should get harvested in June July and reduce supply concerns, but you need farmers and FUEL to harvest...without fuel the rally could restart. Last, spring planting is now and they're running out of time to put spring crops in the ground = supply problem in coming months...but do they have the FUEL to plant?
It's a gamble, but safer to exit CORN & WEAT if the peace agreement is hammered out.
Back to the garage.
