not a bad play, VIX is in a channel up on the hourly, since about mid February, bottom is around 31 and top could be 40/ 41. that being said, this morning could just be a bear trap, push vix down and markets will run a bit.

Yeah, I took profits on a few calls and set a stop on my one remaining call at breakeven... well the shenanigans this morning hit my stop wayyy below breakeven.
