I had a big green week this week. Avoided the slaughter early in the week. Dropped a big amt on DIA puts that hit big this morning, and acct up nearly 9% today. Took more risk but felt more confident in the trades and set ups.

Wow what a day! I netted $764.20 on TSLA options after fees. I kept getting stopped out and having to wait for another bull or bear trend to start. ****in ridiculous. Can we get back to those easy trend days?

I try to shrug off the daily price movement on this one, but I don't like that huge red volume on the opening hour. I also don't like the hourly chart since 1/24 being a series of humps. I don't see any news. They still have $40million more in cash than their market capitalization, which is what has made me feel comfortable that we couldn't go much lower.
Does anyone else see any news or have any new thoughts here?

Yeah, a few weeks ago our completions guy was saying it was up 50% from EOY 2021. We aren't in the Permian FWIW
Don't apologize. The chart looks right. Big C&H with good volume on breakout. Should rally further but only concern is enormous float. Even with large share buyback, it'll be hard to move that stock much. Is premium well priced in the stock? What prompted the emergence of this stock? Commodities sentiment or is there new management?

I know you are talking about trading charts and not fundamentals, but is there a turn around planned that would lower costs? Why are net incomes consistently more and more negative while the revenues consistently rise? I don't know much about SE so I'm just asking here.
they said in their earnings release that their increased costs are due to expansion in other markets. They had 89% revenue growth.
I'm looking at premiums for $SHOP.

- SHOP 03/18 480P for $5.2 (can you imagine owning SHOP for 420 something a share?)
- RBLX 03/18 36P for $1 (highly likely I do this in the 50K account)
- AXP 03/18 160P for $2.20

I assumed it was just ev/battery hype? Maybe it's something bigger or just the technicals? When it decides to run it usually does it for a few days and juices up premiums then calms back down. Maybe people are retreating to dividends with the action this week and it'll pull back before ex-div?
Perhaps but metal mining emerging well in light of inflation + international issues + EV is my guess. This is a pretty big and deep 6 mo C&H with volume on follow through.
This pattern usually most lucrative on emerging companies starting to become profitable and this company is 80+ yr old. Has large float too but still nearly doubled in 3 months despite 5B shares or whatever it has.

So yeah, need to figure out where this partaaaaay is going to continue. Need a beer or margarita.
