I took a 7/15 350/380 spread for $3 earlier. Comfortable with this for a 10:1 risk-reward.Carlo4 said:
Thoughts on EPAM?
This company is being hammered doing work in Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Stock has fallen over $400 a share YTD due to the conflict, with a massive drop today.
Company was doing very well prior to this it seems.
Stop set at 4. Not taking a loss on these. See if the bounce continuesIrish 2.0 said:
Bought SPY 3/2 430C at 3.95. Will cut them if SPY gives up 428
If it is on WSB or anything those doochsticks at Atlas are pumping, inverse it and make a good living.Charismatic Megafauna said:
Mostly because ragoo and irish were making fun of us for buying garbage, but i figured if the Twitter pumpers were on it last night and it couldn't gain traction this morning it probably won't happen. I set my trigger at a last price of .423 to allow loading/reversal at .425 and that didn't hold so she gone. Probably gonna run now

I missed this action this morning but scanning the headlines on the war and they all seem positive. Are we just trading in 100 points ranges now until breakout or breakdown?
Messy chop underway in #ES_F as expected. After a big move like last Friday, price nearly always goes into consolidation: 2-5 chop days in a 100 point range to trap bulls & bears

For bulls, key lower supports are defended (4300, 4270 lowest) to keep that 200dma test in play https://t.co/7TkZTQ5Yi6
Basically. 4280-4400ish on the /ES is what I keep watching. QQQ is 342-349 for meDan Scott said:

Got lucky and didn't raise my stop until after you did. Rode the QQQ put from 2.8 to 4.8. Now in SPY 3/2 430c going back the other way.

NVDA showing relative weakness. Still hovering near the low as the market bounced back a bit. Everything else bounced back a little.
Not trying to tell you this is a good or bad trade, but just wanted to make sure you understand that is a potential $20,000+ purchase if assigned. (only posting this since I've never seen you post on the thread and making sure you understood the impacts of selling a naked put)TayTrox said:
Just sold to open an NVDA March 4th 230 put @4.50. Wish me luck.
Yes, I understand. Sold 3 puts to be exact so potential $69k assignment putting my cost basis at $67,650 or $225.50 per share. I just had my NVDA shares get called away from me at $240 this past week so looking to get back in at a lower price. I typically employ the "wheel strategy" which consists of Selling puts. Getting assigned. Then sell Covered calls. The idea is to always be collecting premium/time decay. I typically do 45 DTE options but have shifted my strategy to shorter expirations to capitalize on these juicy premiums.wanderer said:Not trying to tell you this is a good or bad trade, but just wanted to make sure you understand that is a potential $20,000+ purchase if assigned.
