House hunting right now sux. It sucked 1.5 years ago when we were looking but seems like things haven't gotten better (our house has supposedly increased in value about 150K in 1.5 yrs). The first house we put an offer on had 27 other offers. Took us until Home #4 before we won out.

A tip for all:
When there are bottoming wicks following a period of declines, the next day the market gap ups and likely runs.
This happened today, February 15, January 30, January 23, January 10, January 4, December 20, December 14, December 6,
That's 3 months of data. It's happened in prior months too but too lazy to type it out. Every time it gapped up and if the gap was small, it ran.
Next time we have a day like yesterday, buy calls

This action reminds me of when the market cratered overnight with the news Trump go Covid but was bid up the next day morning. SPY low was 320 last time test many times and bounced after one final headline. This time around 420 was the low. We tested 4 times back January and bounced. Yesterday we overextended to low side so now there is a corresponding bounce.
