Played it simple today. Took FB 310c weekly at equity $299 for $3.61 ea, sold FB 315C for $3.75 ea so I have some net credit $5 verticals incase we truly rebound. If not, I'll kill these with some value on them.

What's a healthy trailing stop amount for something like SPY?
Tried to give myself some protection while away and got stopped out on two different trades that would have been big winners if I had stayed.
First time set trailing stop of .10, the second time .18, and they both got triggered. Frustrating.

My IRA went from down $25k to up $21k today. $46k swing... dang.
Still short SPY and in some pain on that trade. Did make some money on AMD calls intraday in addition to selling covered calls and puts for Friday.

This market is stupid. Which is fortunate for me because I bought some Wed $453c this morning as a lotto, and I'm actually going to make a little money which is counter to normal strategy of bleeding myself to death with small cap averaging down.

The set up we have is a big red open Monday V bottom. SPY 430-435 range then rock n roll on a snap back ripper early next week. That's what we want to see really.
