Premium pretty high for next Wednesday and as long as markets are in a tight back and forth battle might as well sit and wait for end of day. No gaps on $SPY to watch but $SPX has filled 4488 and next would be 4439 then not until 4372. Also 200MA comes into the mix.

I tried a call yesterday and lost my ass... so I am skittish on buying premium still. Selling has been much more fruitful but less exciting for me.

Sorry missed this yesterday.....Simple version...Treasury futures are the preferred way to trade rates... There is more liquidity and more leverage in futures... Same direction as yields... Think of 10 year treasury futures the same way as 10 year treasuries... As for equities... In the past couple of years there is an inverse relationship to treasury yields and the nasdaq... As treasuries go to higher yields the nasdaq goes down... Vice versa... Treasury futures ,as 10 years as well, have gone down in price and higher in yield so far this year... With balance sheet expansion yields have remained low.. That is about to change
