I think a company that shows no signs of profitability in the near term with the current financial environment…I would guess it falls farther and loses current support.

If it does bounce, yeah….it could really rip.

Howdy gang, I followed the thread today but wasn't able to post, through no fault of my own.

If the market flushes tomorrow and NVDA goes below 258, look for it to print 250 or less. If it does, do all your debating about it tonight because it moves fast. I'll be buying there regardless where it goes, but I buy shares not options, so make your own decisions.

If TTD goes below 74, I'm buying a lot at or near 70 on any flush.

30K that was great advice, remove all emotion from your trades or you'll chase and ****up or miss out and *****.

Hedge, what the hell were you seeing that made you want to go long today? I'm not criticizing, we all just want to help. FTR, I had SPY puts today that I bought yesterday.

Great post Carebear, 30-50% "singles" will transform your account. Challenge yourself to hit singles on the next 10 trades and then get back to us. Spoiler alert, you'll be ecstatic.

I'm about to liquidate my crypto for a small loss so I can have more cash for the long haul and buy dips in the market.

Never loved crypto that much but was encouraged to buy last year. I do love the market and it makes more sense to me. Eat a small loss in crypto and enjoy what the market can bring.

CZR close to 80 love it
U 100-105 on a flush, love it

ROKU, love the company but adverse to the action it's breaking down. I'm waiting until their earnings report on 2/16 or it hits 100. IMO, they'll have to have a killer qtr and forward guidance, if not they'll get crushed. If it doesn't hit 100 before that, I don't mind paying higher if they blowout their qtr report.

RBLX I love even at this level, they have a ton of support. I won't pick the bottom but I'll bet that I'll be pissed at myself for not buying some below 80.

PLTR, still love it 15.5 or better.

DWAC, If it gets near 50 again, that's a no brainer for me. I doubt it gets there as excitement is building for the launch of Truth Social.

Still working through my list but these are the first ones on my watchlists.

Ok, If your account is for trading, then trade it. If it's for long term capital gains, don't watch it day to day. Pick a discipline and commit to it. Trying to mesh them both in the same account rarely works out in your favor. This is trading market right now and don't try to knock anything out of park. Take your profits and DGAF if it keeps running. What's funny is people always remember the ones they sold too early and they keep running but if they booked their single and it goes down, then they never keep following them because it was a good trade. Just some advice.

Agreed, but I know they've been aggressive expanding into South America, China, India and the EU with programing in those languages. That's a positive but they recently said that they focusing on creating original content, like NFLX and AMZN. Like I said, love the company but don't like the price action. They're not going out of business but if they don't crush their ER and the market keeps trading violently, then they'll get crushed. I don't like it enough to buy it tomorrow, but I've set my criteria and will buy if it meets them.

Engine10 - Been a fun ride in 2022, so far. In 2021, by the time JB took office I had pretty much left SPY for cash. By the time we hit July/August I returned to bullish and repositioned the portfolio to Value-High Yield Dividend stocks that can weather uncertainty and high interest rate environments (even though today I don't believe the Fed will do anything but threaten. BTW, the Fed rotation of Govs appears to be headed to fill the chairs with a bunch of hawks. We'll see if they have the balls.). Regardless, my July/August reposition further stymied my portfolio the rest of the 2021 year. 2021 was a bust for me in a year that should have been a dazzler. However, 2022 has started off great and each of the last 3 trading days have been high 5 figure gains. The week before was pretty good too. I don't do a lot of the stuff you guys do, but I try to throw out something that might fit the majority of the folks here that may be of interest. (Oh, and in 2021, I had quite a few 5 figure down days too.) I'm thinking I got this horse back on the track for 2022 and we're ready to go. Today, my portfolio past the 2021 high water mark I had on 5/7/21. ... BTI has been a rocket. It should be at $60. Not sure what's been holding it back. The New York Times article yesterday about smoking making a comeback might have helped.

I'm not sure crypto is a great hedge for inflation though. I have $10K in Chainlink and I'm currently down $3-4/LINK overall.

I like the LINK concept but its potential/function does not seem to match the price well.

BTW, regarding T, the high today was $27.07 and Closed at $26.80. The 200 Day Moving Average is $27.49, if it crosses it's considered a long term up trend.. It will cross $27.49.

6 to 8 inches of snow forecast tonight. If possible, keep the market under control in morning until I kill the engine on the snow-thrower. TIA

Tomorrow is weird because it's a Friday before a 3 day weekend with inflation and Russia/Ukraine concerns. I could see a flush at the open and then possibly closing flat or green. That's why I posted my price targets earlier.
