I am doing one smoking one today and have never done it on the smoker. Looked up some stuff online but haven't settled on what I want to do yet

In the past I have done a mustard binder, salt and pepper, fresh garlic, rosemary and tyme. Today I'm trying a version of Meat Church recipe

I just finished seasoning and will let it sit in the fridge until 1pm

Well, considering my family is cycling thru it, I wrote a new Christmas carol, but if I publish it anywhere I'll get cancelled

Christmas got run over by a Covid
Masking up at our house Christmas eve
You can say there's no such thing as Corona
But as for me and Fauci we believe
We'd been planning this all year long
And we begged everyone to go
Some even had their vaccination
CDC said that was all we need to know
When we woke up Christmas morning
Some of our throats had a scratch
We took temperatures on our foreheads
And upgraded to N95, our masks

Christmas got run over by a Covid
Masking up at our house Christmas eve
You can say there's no such thing as Corona
But as for me and Fauci we believe

Now we're all so proud of Biden
He's been taking this so well
See him in there giving pressers
Telling unvaxxed they will die and go to hell
It's not Christmas with this Covid
All the family's dressed in masks
And we just can't help but wonder
Should we open up the rapid tests
Or hold them back (HOLD THEM BACK)
