Obviously make the call on account value, etc. an ATM weekly option tends to be $10/1000. I normally give these things $2 in room, so trade accordingly.
Buy writes on coin can be lucrative if you're cool with laying out $35K each.
One final comment on COIN. This has dramatically increased in value over the last month. Don't be stupid. It will retrace some of that.

This week is monthly options expiration.
I have very limited crypto exposure. I have $10K in a token called LINK (Chainlink). My wife's uncle is a big crypto guy, and he really likes this one. Must admit tho…it's kinda boring and seems like a long hold. They seem to have good tech and integrating with big "off-chain" companies left and right, but it doesn't seem to reflect it in the price action unfortunately.
I use it as a wallet, I have exchanged coins a couple of times

Morning folks. SPX, QQQ, RUTNU a bit green. OPEX week so a green Monday followed by a red Tuesday wouldn't surprise, but anything can happen!
TSLA is looking red, around $1,009. There's still a volume gap below to $910 and Elon is still selling shares.

Why does OPEX week move the market so much? Most big name stocks have weekly options anyway. I get quad witching week because a lot of things are happening, but with weekly options now, it seems the OPEX thing may be overestimated?

The volume of options expiring is greater on OPEX week. Also remember funds use options to hedge their positions. They will rebalance on Tuesday or Wednesday of OPEX week.
