I hope I'm wrong. But this spike in SAVA looks like it's the finish of the last upward correction before finding a new low.
I still have no position, so please don't think I'm purposely bearish. It is still aligning on my chart with a full 5 waves down and a close of the lower gap in the mid $23's dating back to February. This spike can easily be a "c" wave of its corrective 4th wave up before finishing in a 5th wave down.
But if it breaks above $90, then I'm wrong and the bottom is in. If that's the case, then we are on the way to covering the upper gap from August at $115.50. That would definitely be a full 5-waves up, so I would expect between a 38% and 61% correction after that.

Only shady thing on SAVA is that site launch yesterday. The fraud site.
Somehow they knew this news was coming. My guess is that hedge fund got word and launched that to get the price down to cover before today.

I don't think it ever halted, the volume is just usually so thin it's not uncommon for price to just sit down for a while. Still searching for news or if a Twitter/Reddit gang found it

This press release is good news but doesn't address the fraud accusations from the recent studies with Simufilam. The press release states that there wasn't data manipulation in a 2012 study, but there were data errors.
This run is likely shorts covering but I bet they short again. SAVA needs a response from the FDA on the citizens petition before it can be unleashed to ATHs.

Sold all the 80s, but didn't get filled on all the 90s. So now I've got a couple of naked $90Cs sitting out there. Is there a good way to cover that?
Could I buy 11/12s at the same strike with the idea to cover via those? Buy shares to cover?
Could also roll to a later date, higher strike for a credit but still playing chicken with the freight train.
Multiple lessons learned on this one for me but just trying to sort out the best response I can.
