Not sure if anyone caught this, but WWR has a gap dating back to 9/30/2020 on the 1D chart. It's only a 12 cent gap.. but it does line up almost perfectly with it's 85% retracement of its 2-year high from its ATL.

As much as I hate to say it, I think it could be on a collision course with that gap down to about $2.30. It's frankly lost all support levels and there is nothing between where it's at now and that gap.

Part of me is rooting for it. Because I will double or triple my position if it gets below $2.50

Im going to start added some shares here and keep an eye on options if this bounces off support in the $47 ish range

I've been trying to identify a bullish wave scenario on the action since May. But the top out in the $29 region and the failure to close the gap above from February at $31.34 left it well short of being assumed to be in an impulse move off of it's May 11 low.

There are two scenarios I'm left with.

1. It's in a weirdly shaped 3-wave a-b-c impulse move (as opposed to the standard 5-wave) and the next couple of months will take us back to the highs we saw in February of this year. The first target to confirm would be taking out last month's high of $29.29, then closing the gap at $31.35 with nothing more than clear corrective retracements off of those milestones.

2. The past 6 months have merely been the b-wave of a deeper retracement from the beginning of the year highs. Which would put this current action in a c-wave which usually takes the shape of 5 waves down. And we would currently be looking for a top in the 2nd wave at this very moment. To confirm, it would need to drop below $24 without going above last month's high first, and then below $20.55. There's a small small small gap down from last year at $16.10 that it would clearly aim for. This structure would likely not go deeper than that.

You have your levels. I wouldn't get too bullish or bearish until there's confirmation one way or the other.

I got $17's for Nov. Market is still in decision making territory. I still think we could see a deeper pullback. But if not, we're due a minor retracement of the last two week's action. Either way, I don't think you abandon ship at this point.

Here's my VEON post from a while ago.

Here it is..

Essentially, it completed a cup and entered the Darvish box.

The last run up filled a gap at $2.10 level from late Feb 27-28 of last year on the daily chart.

There's another gap down earlier on Feb 13 & 14 of 2020 at the $2.70 level which also coincides with a bigger cup completion.

I drew a channel starting with the lowest low to the point where it filled the gap, then down to the next low (which was recent.. if it goes lower, then lower end of the channel adjusts with it.. which will merely extend the timeframe that we could see the gap fill).

So you can now see potential for the next gap and cup fill at $2.70 - $2.80 level.

After that who knows.

Can't speak for everyone but i've been doing some heavy position maintenance last week and today.

Been waiting for some opportunities to rebalance, take out the trash, and position for end of year.

People talk about November and end of year being bullish. I know nothing is absolute but is that a fair assessment?

Trying to figure out whether to hold some bags or jettison them, with the idea of buying back in 31 days later at lower (some, not all) or hold for higher.
