I'm not sure. It all stems from the same claim but the email last week was from someone outside of the law firm that filed the citizens petition.

I'll clarify there have not been any new claims since the citizens petition.

I found the story on the email. It sounds like it was an acknowledgment of the investigation from the August citizens petition.

So basically recycling old news. Super lame.

If that complaint had merit the the FDA would've already shutdown the phase 3 trials that have begun.

Thanks. It just seems redundant. I'd expect FDA and NIH to work together on the citizen's petition.

Sucky thing is we're in limbo until probably Jan - Feb on the findings of that petition.

But like others have said, if FDA/NIH thought there was a significant issue, they wouldn't have given SAVA the go ahead on Phase 3.

I have never, EVER ridden SPY puts down on one of those breaks, and then immediately flipped to calls to ride it back up ever.

Yeah NFLX is drifting lower as the euphoria wears off. I'll fade it with puts in the morning if it opens green unless they get a slew of upgrades in the morning, but I don't think they will.

My guess is call buys selling short that earnings release to lock profits. Probably covering the first half hour after the bell to then ride their calls back up.

No doubt Zack M pumps and dumps small cap trash companies. But I wouldn't put WISH in that category. I think we will see that the recent sell off was a distribution from retail to institutions. Cities are flooded with discount retail stores for a reason, and WISH is expected to be the online destination for that market going fwd.

There is also a gap fill in the cards near term. Earnings 11/11.

Keep eye for CTRN. Currently in falling wedge pattern. Maybe inverse H&S versus double bottom forming?

Heavily shorted and low float stock. Will watch and see if it breaks out of this trend.
