Last week I provided 150 points in S&P500 market. This next week, we gonna use a Time Based Strategy (TBS) versus a strictly Price Based Strategy (PBS).

Read on..

1. If by Tuesday RTH close we do not close below 4357, I wanna be bullish S&P500 with targets 4510.

2. If we manage a close below 4357 on or before 9/21, 3 PM CST, I wanna be bearish , targets 4308 (and much lower)

3. Now 4408

Hasn't really happened since 3/23/20 (got close in late Oct '20)

S&P flirted with us at least twice over the last 3 months thinking we were entering a wave 4. Now we finally have. We just have to decide if we're about to finish it off short and quick or if it will last longer through mid October (typical October?). 4270 is a major convergence point for nested fibs. We shall see.

If no major bounce later today, im planning to buy short dated calls for a hopefu bounce tomorrow. Thoughts?

If we sell off hard into the close, then it's highly likely futures will be down again tomorrow. If we sell off, then I'd wait until tomorrow at the opening.

We should bounce, but this is also a historically bearish week, and with FED on Wednesday, people might go risk off. So we might not get the typical bounce.

Where do you see support? Need to hold 432?

Just can't get past that 5 point gap. Imagine if it doesn't fill quick, it's gonna get increasingly harder to fill if we keep descending.

Also, that 2990 put option on AMZN is already up 100%. It's still 300 points OTM and not expiring for 5-6 wks.

Could we have SPX, RUT, EEM, and metals all line up to start a major bull run at the same time (within the month)?

SPX won't stay down for long. RUT has been in a sideways channel looking for a bottom for most of the year. EEM has been looking for a bottom for a couple months. And metals keep blowing up bull counts and going lower (I'm seeing GDX as low as $24).

A full convergence and the buying opportunity of a lifetime?

4300-4308 handles should offer comfort to S&P500.

LIMIT DOWN at 4110 but I don't think we get there (not today)

don't know the answer, but I did just read this: in 2016 (November) we had 9 days in a row down. The previous that had 9 in a row down was December of 1980.

If it dips, I could see it as low as $25.90. That would be the 85% retracement from ATH and ATL and between the 176% and 200% downward extension from the 1-2 setup off the June 8 high.

I try to leave gambling to Baseball and Football.... plenty of action to go around.

But tell me why I shouldn't load week SPY calls here?
