I haven't read through the entire 185 page opinion but this seems to be cabined to the Gaming App market. That said, it still accounts for approximately 70% of the App Store revenue so it's a huge blow to Apple.

The "pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered" turn of phrase seems particularly apt here.

Well crap!

I sold my AAPL 152 puts yesterday and never bought VIX calls I wanted.

Spine surgery is getting in the way of my new career. Stabilizing and decompressing cervical fracture dislocations never felt less satisfying lol jk.

My first successful scalp.

Bought $150C at around 148 for .71 and sold for .88 with a control target limit order.

Am pleased with 23% profit.
