My sell order for some of the 730 pin flies just sold, so I'm net free in the 739 and 740 flies for today. Now I'll hold the rest for the afternoon and see if I hit a lotto.

ATER opened down below the 5-day. Had a big volume green bar. I think this one is toast but I'll give it 30-60 minutes to sort itself out and then call it a failed trade and at least unload the calls.

CLOV is refusing to wait for me, it appears.

VEON is doing that VEON thing. Weird stock to look at on the 1 minute.

GDX is lifting off a lot sooner than I thought. Go baby, go. $35 is your friend!

That sounds like carefully crafted corporate legalese.

I went through a lawsuit against our company a few years back. My client chose to use our product for something it was not intended. They asked us first, and we told them not to do it. Even wrote up a document saying 'here are the bad things that will happen if you do this' and got their president and legal counsel to sign it.

Well they went and did it with predictable outcomes. Their employees and shareholders were furious, and sued us over it as they were both going to be out the door over it.

We went all the way through deposition, and despite us having the legal and paper equivalent of 'if you put your hand on the hot stove you will get burned', and them putting their hand on said stove, we still had to refrain from speaking in absolutes in the deposition.

After the depositions and mediation, they dropped the suit and the two individuals were shown the door.

Point is, it's a strong statement from Remi, probably as strong as his counsel will let him make at this point.

Would I be dumb to sell some Oct 21st $15C for $0.31 on CLOV?

Seems like an easy $0.31 and if I get called away it would be at 75% profit which is a damn good investment.

If it loses 7.32 it can really get ugly.

Target 1 was achieved a while back... BBIG just lost $8 and I suspect it's about to flip from support to resistance.



Gonna overnight my $8 puts I jumped into earlier. Also lots of "not so dreaded h's" are on the 30 minute.
These puts are paying today. If this thing loses 7.32 it's going to free fall I think.
