Okay response but not great IMO. We need good 12-month data from the phase 2 clinical trial and a statement from the FDA backing SAVAs data to get this thing going again.

IMO....

Higher employment numbers (700+) probably bearish tech with move into financials as may expect tapering sooner.

Lower number (500-600K) probably bullish for tech.

I bet SAVA's lawyers advised them to not say anything, the fact they did is extremely positive. If anyone wanted them to speak in absolutes in the press hasn't been sued before. SAVA basically told these firms to **** off and bring it. I feel a lot better now than earlier this week.

SAVA up big pre-market. Now I which I would have bought back the tops of my call spreads. I agree that I think this needs a real catalyst before it runs back above $100 again.

ATER is very close to that 5-day average. I'm hoping for a bounce here and I'll be a bit patient in case there is a head-fake move below the 5-day just before more volume buying. If this drops and sustains below the 5-day today I'm out of shares and calls.

WWR is starting to look good again. Yesterday's inverse hammer was much bigger green volume followed by low volume red. Is this just very efficient shorting trying to keep it below $5 until Sep calls expire? Is this simply a lack of motivated buyers? We will see but the 9ema is getting close to the 21ema. When those have crossed we've tended to have a little pop over the $5.5 to $5.6 mark. That would be great to get there and unload the recent round of low-price adds. I'm a bit more extended here than I'd like to be, so that would make me happy to do that before whatever correction we might have coming happens.

GDX cup and handle complete. I think we'll be waiting longer than we'd like, but I do think a push back over $35 is coming.

I think at this point that the "bad news yields less action from the fed or more stimulus from the gov't" is done. The action is coming, it's just a matter of when, and the stimulus has run dry I do believe?

I could see why news doesn't really make meaningful impact at this point.
