To be clear, I am not selling, and I know why they're doing this. To fund construction.

I think a big thing is we want to hear from OA in general. This board has always been grateful for his input and knowledge. I keep up with him on Twitter but his guidance here is invaluable and I have not seen him here in a while. Would just love to get some market update on some stocks he likes.
He seems to have a big vested interest in us all doing well. This board is awesome but loses a lot of value when there is lack of input from him. And it still beats the hell out of the premium boards. There are too many guys to name on here that have helped me learn. But OA1 is a huge part of this specific board.

What does that do to the target price? If it goes from 20 to 5 it certainly changes my risk tolerance.
GMVD sure did have a good Friday. Had it on my watchlist but didn't pull the trigger.

There's 33.5 million outstanding shares. They could sell up to approximately 15 million additional shares. If the company upside is unchanged and you have a $20 price target at the old 33.5 million shares, that goes to a $13.8 price target with 48.5 million shares.
Not sure where the data is from but this was passed to me re: retail traders and why the market isn't going down. Not sure this matches what I observe but I'm sure I only see a small sample.

What was the most recent price target set by anyone? I was trying to find a more recent review but most are from 2020 or earlier.
Never thought I would consider actually buying puts on this one

Odd thing is still how much the price has sunk recently but the OBV shows there hasn't been a lot of 'big money' selling. I've seen a lot of stocks where these releases happen after you've seen big money exiting without a large price decrease.
That said I'd expect a big price drop this next week after the AH shares sell announcement. I'm just not sure what this one is going to do. I'm not super thrilled about the timing of this either with the share price already been down. That makes it even stranger.

I'm by no means a corporate finance guy, but I work in industrial real estate and I have seen/worked many large scale projects (plants, production, mfg) not done through stock offering/dilution. Frustrated like 30k. Seems like customer commitments should be lining up soon if this feasibility study and samples were going well. All that being said, still holding on my end. Maybe someone more experienced in this arena can chime in
