Fidelity allows, but you need to have a mil in the account(s) if I recall the rule correctly.

Ok for me I plan on going pretty flat on all trades toward end of day and clean into tomorrow. I don't mind missing some upside but after a few trashy days I feel my job is to protect my 'business'.

If AAPL loses the trendline then the other yellow intraday line I will take off 100% of APPL (lotto and next week's) calls and protect the profits. I will buy back in lower should I see support and volume.
