No doubt and taper tantrum is a little premature.

But, we have seen a huge amount of home buying over this covid deal and prices have ballooned.

Low rates are half the equation. Purchase price is the other. Hence the question/channel check

the initial response was positive. But let me ask this: what more good news could the fed give at this point?

market is somewhat trapped: if the economy soars, fed tapers. If the economy falters, fed continues supporting like they are. Fed put + fed call = fed iron condor
