I'll go with the longer it consolidates the larger the move someday.

MVIS: Got an alert yesterday for unusual option activity on the Aug 20C selling for 1.85. Stock is currently 16.22.

I agree with you from a technical perspective but the memes like CLOV, WISH, MVIS, etc don't really follow TA rules as much as they are affected by volume and momentum. Any of those can break all support levels but if someone energizes the Rainmen On WSB and Reddit, that stock can runs. Memes are hard to base on technical analysis.

T = This play doesn't align with a lot going on in here, but I'll convey in case someone has interest...and I got lucky. I took a portion on my recently converted bond position to cash and bought AT&T shares yesterday. T will pay a $0.52 dividend August 2nd. You had to be ExEff on 7/8 and 7/9 Of Record. So, you have to hold shares through 7/8 to claim the dividend. Usually the stock starts making a run the week before ExEff date. Usually, on the ExEff date, the stock sells off in the amount of the dividend. So, there's dividend risk. I bought yesterday at ($28.71) and sold today ($29.21 and $29.22) achieving 50 cents (not the 52 cents) $7,000 in pocket, didn't have to wait until 8/2 to collect and I'm back in my cash position. Better then holding this position into next week for 2 additional cents and dividend risk drop. I was actually trying for double this amount but I didn't get a lot of my orders executed yesterday. I'll take it! It's a win for me.
