239.43 is resistance then 241.63, 245.82

Really depends. Sometimes they are halted for 2 minutes, sometimes an hour.

Just looking at the tracker (http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/Trader.aspx?id=TradeHalts) there was another one halted this morning for an hour (EXFO) as they waited for news to hit.
