I bought BlackBerry last year when it was around seven dollars. A year ago Ranger recommended it as an investment so I loaded up. Not sure when to exit this craziness.

right there with you. It was a real investment for me from Rnager and then all this crap happened. Should have sold on the first meme craze when it got to $28 but was afraid it would do something crazy like GME or AMC.

now always confused what to do with it.

Onward Mobility, came out in April and stated that a 5G BlackBerry device would be coming out in 2021, but it's been radio silence for awhile now.

I plan on taking some profit out of this craziness, but believe $BB is a good long term play as well.

curious why you guys think BB is a long term play?

What reason will anyone have to go back to that platform? I think most folks have (begrudgingly) moved past the need for a physical keyboarding and BBM is nothing special anymore.

Only have 100 shares left at 0.11 CPS.....sold July $9 call for 0.16
So now m officially net free on my small holding and if they want to call me at 9 them I'm very happy

BB's future isn't the devices, it's the fact they provide hardware and software for vehicles (OnStar type stuff).

IIRC that BB has moved into more communication software used in cars or something like that. And that's what folks think is long term stream for them and not phones

Honestly, it's not very far from where he recommended it (think he called it out around $1.50). Still time to get in if you believe in the company and move.

Bought stocks and some covered calls where it made sense.

Hold up... Please double check if there's a typo....you sure you did calls...not puts? Not seeing $2 calls anywhere near that level even out to leaps

$ASO is lookin good going into earnings on 6/8
Went and tested previous resistance and 8 EMA(daily) @$36 and bounced well, my guess/hope is we hit $40 before earning

Nevermind...I see it now... For some reason some folks bought June 11 calls at crazy high price. Same across $1 and $1.50 and $2.
But go to June 18 calls and prices are normal
Either someone really knows something or someone made a big mistake several times!
I'd buy them back if I were you and then resell at night strike out a month
