Food is great in this area. Mexican you hunt for but we've found a number of great local Mexican places. Always good when you need a little Spanish to order.

That's a great spot and beautiful. Not to mention not far to Atalanta, Nashville, Knoxville and the mountains.

Thank you FJ! I believe they are uplifting to a major exchange very soon. Worth the board taking a look at knowing that a company like P66 is backing them.

My dad's advisor gave my dad a list of stocks to look at outside of holding ETFs and whatnot. My dad called to challenge me because he knows I've done well trading. He gave me the advisor's list and said what would I do with that list and $250k. Asked if I had to go off the advisors list and he said no. So I made two paper accounts and my own list vs the advisor's and said in 2 months my holdings will be higher than the advisor's list. 2 months go by and the advisor's returned ~3.5% in that 2 months. Damn good return in two months. Mine was ~12.5%. Granted this was done on the last QQQ pull and my entries on stuff the advisor didn't have were almost perfect. After I emailed my dad the paper trading account results he gave me access to $250K cash in a brokerage account and said anything over 10% on the year he'll split with me 50/50.
Totally respect your decision R&F and I would likely do the same thing in the situation you have eluded to. For what it's worth, I stocked your posts via your profile, skimming about 200 posts in total, and I did not find a single thing I thought the woke-brigade could attack.
