They are in a lot of illiquid names, and if they have to start selling due to withdrawals it will be very ugly very fast.

I would not be in anything ARKK owns.

I read an article over the weekend that said something like two trillion in new money has been put into crypto over last two months. That is money that would have potentially been in the market.

I'm not in an 80% position of June 400 SPY puts or anything, I think this is time to be cautious and to be open minded for a topping and gradual move down. I think this gradual move down is going to last a very long time and demotivate people. I don't think we're going to have a black swan ugly event, I think it could be a lot like '08 but without the huge downward catalyst. It might be like the same as the summer of 2020 but in reverse - relentless grind down. Real inflation fears, new taxes, and persistent unemployment will likely be a driver of some downward pressure. Real estate has come very far, very fast.

Was expecting the high to low day today....There is room for continuation into tomorrow but wouldn't be surprised if it's a consol day. If so, scalp the S/R zones will be the play de jour for me.

On the 30day chart, LPX finally crossed the 70% rsi-mod line (going down). Let's see if these squiggly lines work.

I'm looking to sell naked puts on ARKK soon

It figures that I got myself upside down and the market is going to starting sliding before I get a chance to right the ship

I'm just learning - hopefully an expert will weigh-in on how meaningful this may be. For me, I'll be a tad more hesitant to buy back in just yet. The recent history is that this stock doesn't stay down long.

I sold CLOV in the 12s in its initial fall. SNDL, I made money on.

WWR isn't being touched until next year most likely. I'm net free on it, but I have bought some back in the 4s and sub 4. I'm not going to sell any right now. It will bounce back when the time comes.

I've made a few $ off of DNN and CLOV playing the dips and peaks. I would never hold them.

if the market is trending down, the easiest move is to short the rallies, which is the corollary to buying the dip. If the market is flat, you sell premium through direction neutral moves like iron condors. Keep in mind that it is always a bull market in something. Stocks go up over time, so anything with a 2-5 year time horizon I would continue to play to the long side.

The question to ask in a time like this is "is there much more upside without a correction?".
