SNDL is so tempting here at .77/78. But for me that is all it is. Tempting. IF it loses this level and we have more market downside this will be in the mid .60s to high .50s again IMO.

Does it seem WWR gets a lot of volume about every 4 months? That would put more massive volume around 1 month from today.

May be nothing since it has only happened twice, but that is what I am seeing. Volume is non existent right now. Not sure if that is me trying to justify things but volume has fallen off a cliff.

Back to the WWR voting. Will item #1 by itself allow for issuance of additional shares?

Item #2 - I generally follow board recs when voting because if I'm not confident in management I shouldn't be in the stock. However adding additional shares right now seems a bit unpalatable considering the stock price seems already depressed. Any of you more in the know have any insights here? I don't want to hamstring management and impair development here, but I'd like stockholder sentiment to be some priority.

I was wondering the same thing. I got my 100th call and told them to stop calling me and they said that they would continue to until I voted. When they mentioned issuing more shares I made them repeat that.

Things can change but not liking to multiple rejections on SPY at 413.74. On top of that when we did make it over for a few minutes we also lost the intraday trend line now.

Will need bull volume to make it back up, over and hold it.

Up 140% today on that news.
