Tradingview. I'm going to end up subscribing, but I'm currently using the free version. I have the 5/13, 8/9, and 34/50 clouds on there. Here's the rules that I'm trying to use:



Here's how the clouds looked on my PIXY trade. Left money on the table, but a win's a win.


Edit to say that I asked Ripster on twitter about using this same setup for IRA and long term picks, and he said sure, just longer time frame. I've been using it on the daily chart to identify option plays and also going to use it to set some stops and sell some rips in my IRA.

Edit to again to say if you go search twitter @ripster47 and "ema clouds" it's a treasure trove of past trade analysis from Ripster himself using the clouds. Winners and losers. Can learn a ton looking at these.

Morning all....

Slightly red this morning. We shall see where it goes today with many major earnings behind.

SPY at 418.58 testing that important level
Qs at 338.74 and below the 339 level
IWM at 226.85
VIX slightly up at 17.81

Yesterday everything was well up early at ATH only for SPY to test 416.50. Maybe today is the opposite as it so often is.

Yesterday's low was 416.44. Lose 416.50 range then I see 412.5 and 410.

I'm planning to play a choppy day but as always trade the trend.

MVIS looks like hot garbage right now. I lightened up on it at 25. I'll probably re-enter around 10.

Morning Prog. Yeah agree. Big volume candles but also big price movements in and back out looks like. Not sure yesterday's earning results/reports will bring a bunch of new volume into it.

Somewhere around $10.40ish is support with flashes below.

May be an astronaut or two waiting a while at $30. Will need some news or catalyst to move it back up there IMO.

TWTR investors need to demand Jack step down. He's an emotional and impotent CEO. Early social media platforms are seeing declining users so you need to make up for it with evolving new lines of revenue.

Heeding everyone's advice and have gone full cash heading into May with my plaything ETrade account. Locked in some good profits on the gap up at open from AMD earnings (thank god I sold first thing in the morning).

The money I opened this account with would have made 0.01% interest sitting in my savings account, instead it gave me almost an entire months income. Thank you TexAgs!

I believe he is refencing the key of parabolic move. When something has a parabolic move like MVIS did, you could have sold at $30s and bought back with 2-3X shares at primary support levels. Don't think he is referring to general rise and fall of price.

SNDL would be another good example for me. Should have sold at $4.50+ all I had regardless. I can buy it now for $0.88 once again if I wanted. Net Free or not that's less than 20% of where it was.
