DPW, MBIO, SYN, HMBL, REI, EBON, ANGO, MGTI - I exited over last 3 weeks. (I gave up some nice winners to offset these losses...darn)

NXTD - Never got into that one

DNN, WWR and CLOV are anchoring $60k total capital and I can work around that and let it sleep for a long time; however, I do want my money working for me versus the other way round. Risk/Reward - I'll scale them later and determine next move.

This year has been thoroughly rough for me from timing and positioning aspects in my trading stocks. I'm not perfect, but I don't remember a year for me like this one, ever....and there's 8 more months to go and got to get it back on track. I feel like a half a heartbeat off this year.

My dividend capture strategy portion of the portfolio is doing well, so far. No timing or positioning issues here.

My bond portfolio portion is doing well.

Never the less, I celebrate what we "aren't" instead of sweating what we are. It's all good!

Thanks OA for the $SKLZ call. Took $100+ (bought @ 1.50, sold @ 2.70) on the 5/21 14.5 call. It ran higher into the 3's but I was hearing Irish in my ear....be the pig and not the hog.

Needed a win this week.

Stupid question, but here goes anyway. Are gains on stocks shielded (delayed) from taxation if invested back in the market, similar to 1031 exchange in real estate investing? Thanks.

I'm keeping an eye on PTON. Some of the best bounce plays I've ever been in was off of the daily BB and if PTON gets to ~98.3, I'll look at some June or July 120C. It will be small size because PTON could have some bad PR coming up still.

Nope. Once you sell, it is officially taxable.

We're actually at an unsure point. We're either going to sell down to support, or we're going to continue higher and then sell down to higher support. Both are potential cases on the way to 4,300.. likely by next week or shortly thereafter.

we are following the end of February's script to a T (at least with VIX). that Wednesday we rallied, vix died and retail bought back in. Thursday we tanked and vix soared.

Might regret it later but instead of bailing I chose to continue to grind my basis down by selling CCs on NXTD, DPW, WWR. Already did that on SNDL on their bit bounce up day this week. I'm not as buried as some of yall though.

I was hoping to get a little more of a recovery out of WWR before doing that, but it keeps getting rejected around 4.35.
