$RACE - riskier and it may gap and run on Monday. Ferrari entering the electric car field. above 8/21, bullish consolidation around 1 ATR and about to enter a squeeze. Probably a decent put credit spread candidate.

$FLR - this is going to go in my opinion. Consolidating near ATH and in a squeeze. Watch for volume.
Cheap enough where almost all can buy 100 shares and sell covered call. May 22.5s going for $1.70. I would wait for stock to hit $24 and then consider selling.
If you did buy write at today's prices, that's a solid 7.5% in one month if the stock is flat or up. If stock goes down, entry in the high 20s.

$SKX - wait for earnings to happen. This is a candidate to sell call credit spreads if it touches 46.

$ABBV - darvas box will have to clear eventually. I am going to consider selling iron condors on this, but it has built up a lot of energy. My bias would be long, so put credit spreads towards the bottom of the box might be a smarter move.

Can someone who is smarter and I assume more trustworthy than Reddit state what the actual short float % is on CLOV? So many people arguing about what is accurate and what shares are/aren't locked up.

For posting here I normally say what I think is an OK strategy. Most things I'm posting I expect to go up unless I say otherwise. Like sketchers.

ABBV - bias long but flat to up moves like put credit spreads
JPM - shares or long options, probably a vertical
FLR - buy write or vertical. Not enough premium for put credit spread

Simpler Trading has put out quite a few good videos lately. JCs trade is good but they also have good videos for us with smaller accounts.

I think Simpler, Redler, and Hidden Pivots are worth the money. Only Simpler will teach you how to trade. You can also buy his book, which is excellent. None of these are cheap.

ABBV is a long term hold in my portfolio and pays $1.30 dividend. Since late Nov 2020 $104 to $108 has been the general range. A few days back Zach picked ABBV as a stock that has a chance to run to $113+ and of course the next day ABBV got hammered to low 104's or high 103's, don't recall exacts. If you own ABBV with a 106 in front, I call that good risk. Part of this ABBV holding I use for a Dividend Capture Strategy. Thurs and Friday were pretty volatile for ABBV and I have a hunch based on that activity, and Zach's mention, that $110 to $112 is in the cards this coming week.
Friday 4/16, instead of selling the ABBV in the Dividend Capture Strategy and buying PG that will be paying $0.87 Dividend, I sold ABBV 4/23-$109 Calls at $0.75. The Calls will net a little more per share then the PG investment. Plus, I'm already in the ABBV, so why not..
The $109 strike, if exercised, will be a handsome reward; and, if not exercised I'll collect the option premium and sell the shares on Monday 4/26. I'll skip PG this quarter and jump to PNM next up on the Dividend Capture Strategy.
Specifics, ABBV has a couple of their new drugs sidelined by FDA. The FDA move could slow ABBV growth. Humira is their golden goose and it may be getting tired of flying point in the V formation.

Hell, I'm surprised they found someone to answer a phone or return an email. I have been trying to get in touch with the Tesla real estate group for over 2 years to sell them a lot on I-35 for a charging station and I get crickets. Haven't even had the opportunity to talk price. The Tesla Dealerships are good sources of info, but either they don't know the structure in the Tesla company or they're instructed to stay silent. Tesla website, it's good, but getting a call back is tough if you're not a Tesla owner or a Tesla roofing customer.Quote:
