This times 1000. I have learned a lot from this board, made money off UBER and FB calls in the beginning when I first started. Got greedy and went bigger on my risk and lost UPWK, ASAN, and MU. Wiped out profits. This is the biggest thing I would take away from this board of knowledge. Position size is HUGE as well as exit points. I'm not doubting just asking the question. I wasn't sure if anything had changed. I've been watching it for months and $5 seemed like the base. The last few days of $4.80 and when it touched sub $4.40 made me wonder what was going on.
Sorry if that came off as condescending I didn't mean it like that just wondering where people stood.
Keep asking, that's the only way to learn. Also, not all the plays listed here will work out, people just don't talk about the bad ones.

Lost a ton of money on these.
You can take losses on the above plays in combination with the winning trades entry/exits and be nicely profitable.
I think the lure or temptation is to YOLO or FOMO and keep getting bigger on these plays for the grand payday and before long the other side of the risk on these bites you.
Every trade is a calculated risk and you have to honor entry and exit points on both sides. IMO position sizing must be a part of that calculation.
Speaking from experience I will say.

I have over 23 stocks that are each down a minimum of $2,000 on the basis and some just south of $20K loss.
I'm praying for a massive MAY to get out of the hole and repent for my sins.
Not to mention another 20 or so that are in the red, but not -$2,000 or greater on the loss column.

Yes please. AMD is my largest single holding....the sideways 6 months have been annoying but I've been waiting on an eventual lift off.

DPW basically it was a push....7% revenue gain but lots more expense with the new building in Michigan , etc.....
One thing excluded was Crypto because they did not mine in 2020 and just started up again in March/April of 2021.
The next 30 to 60 days will define the progress when he updates the crypto mining volume and revenue and the EV retail profit sharing partnerships......

Apparently, they sold fitpay which was their Bitcoin tie in and that was a big catalyst in why people were buying the stock.

MGTI released their results today. They don't inspire confidence either, and unless someone sees something differently I'll be taking the loss here as well, around a 60% loss, that one hurts. Looks like revenue was up from 450k to 1.4MM, nice jump, but still doodoo. I'll be bowing out.
