There are always class action lawsuits against companies whose valuations that are based purely on speculation

People are dumping all MJ stocks today. They will come back up with news again.
On top of that SNDL announced they will be releasing more shares in the future, but not at low price points. SO some people are selling for that reason as well.

I believe at under $1.25 its still a great buy.

Yeah I was going to take a little off the LEAPS yesterday when I was selling a few things but the bid price was so low. I'll wait for another pop. We might see buying opportunities before then as well.

I've spoken with that guy (Schrodingers/Phil), he's a legit energy trader. We ended up with similar analysis results on how GCEH should be valued, that's the stuff I posted in the discord. Mine was pretty conservative and only valued the diesel output, no revenues for Jet/Patents like he did. Both of us had targets in the $5-8 range once they are up and running.

This little breakout from accumulation is a welcome sight! We agreed construction delays really the biggest risk to short term price, but all other factors should be tailwinds for now (administration, California credits, ag/shipping usage of diesel etc etc)

I like the stock. OA should do some DD and see if it's an MA for him......

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is about to experience major, major demand. All of the major airlines are pointing towards SAF as the answer to climate change until hydrogen/electric aircraft are developed. They have no choice. Currently, 4 million gallons of SAF are produced annually in the entire world.

In 2019, airlines burned 18 Billion gallons in the US alone.

yep, and this SPY run up to the fed speak feels like run up to earnings! then sell the news. I'll watch until they speak, I think in 30 minutes.
