Large decrease in cost if you pin a fly at 705 instead of 700. Gives you much more % return and if your fly is wide enough it might not matter by noon tomorrow. If one was into that sort of thing.
certainly not in the last week unless you strongly believe the stock will keep moving up. You need to evaluate the intrinsic vs. extrinsic value of the option. Certain things hold their premium.bmoochie said:

I am just cautioning that it is a factor and people will bet on continuing advancement. If the stock stays where it is, you will make less money if you sell at expiration.

I just sold CWH $55C April monthlies for $0.70. I'll be surprised if it gets there and I will gladly sell some if it does.

My plan was to sell high premiums during this volatility. That 650-700 range will have 5, 10, and 100 day support to the low side and 20-day averages as resistance to the high side. Right now I'm targeting a 50% return with a sell price of $40.5 for the condor.
