Have you gotten into ThinkorSwim yet, or just TDA website?

I would love for someone to explain what is happening with SKLZ. I made money off of buying the dips, sticking to my entry points, and not FOMO. But I would love to understand what is happening to the stock.

Briefly played around with paper money in think or swim, but mainly on TDA for now

Why?

I have posted a lot today, mostly to demonstrate that dips like this are buying opportunities for THE RIGHT STOCKS. I didn't use much of my powder, but I bought several 500-10K shares lots to have the opportunity to sell covered calls against them on a spike.

why is that? You hitting stops that you had set?

With MA stocks I had no stops set, only alerts, and with my short term trend plays I got stopped out on a few (ex: UAVS/CIDM) but then immediately threw them in other plays, which was dumb. I was getting stopped out for a reason, should have kept my cash.

RIG below $4 might be a good tech to energy switch. Could be a good medium term trade if the operators keep getting love.

Because a huge percentage of the oil that comes out of the ground is transported in one way shape or form via their transportation network.

They are a great company that has been around a while through multiple oil market corrections.

Also technically they are forming a high tight flag above a base they just cleared.

I am still learning as well but I am seeing this as a potential goal post play?? Maybe OA or someone else can confirm.

You can download the mobile app for TOS and select both legs, click close. You'll get a few choices of how you want to close, 1st choice is usually the one you want to use (opposite of how you opened). Then choose your price...

Discord homies saw my DD take on $GCEH and their Bakersfield refinery build / future value a while back. Starting to accumulate here @$0.45. First Production still tracking for Jan '22 per January shareholder letter.

For the uninitiated, Renewable Diesel is a drop in replacement for good ol ASTM D975 Petroleum Diesel and is even cleaner in most cases. Hydrogen/EVs are the media darlings to replace Gasoline, but California alone consumes some 200kbbl/day of Diesel. Renewable Diesel w/Camelina Feedstock models to compete and even beat Hydrogen out for LCFS credit value.

Term Supply deal with XOM already locked up for most of the throughput and a pathway to feedstock supply that no one else in US renewable Diesel has, and with patents (10+) on it for future licensing. Everyone else (P66, Marathon, Neste etc) in attrition war for Soybean, tallow, and used cooking oil.

Big buyer defending this $.30 to $.40 level but Micro volume so beware of all that comes with that.

I used to be in your boat and I opened TOS and my eyes glazed over with confusion. I highly suggest investing some hours watching some Youtube and videos on TDA for the TOS platform. Rolling options, buying back options and spreads are an absolute breeze on TOS versus TDA once you have the steps.

Word. I'm cautiously building here instead of a full jump in, any construction/production delay will wreck price, but once they come online there's no way they should be valued this low.

To close on the TDA website, you'll need to trade a vertical, sell one that matches your strikes and dates and holdings. That way you can get rid of it in one transaction.

I don't understand all the talking heads screaming about inflation. Not even sure if CPI is proper indicator. Asset prices are highly inflated under weak dollar hovering near 3 yr DXY $88 support. Deflation should be near term worry once we top out on S&P and the dollar reverses.

Renewable Diesel is going to be a big market. It was expected to be about ten years out, but covid has accelerated it and major companies are looking to get in on this in the near future.
