The credit and loan bubble as well as renters and other defaulting on loans. I saw someplace that banks didn't have go report those defaults and debts (could be wrong) and as a result the market looks better for housing and debt.
There is an absolute ton of apartment complexes and houses going up all across Texas but I can't possibly see how demand is keeping up with supply that much there.

I don't like recommending options but I will sell some of my trades into the strength at the open as a precaution.

Click the down arrow to the right of your security where you usually go to buy and sell. Click on Trade Armor. This will give you an option to put a buy or sell OCO (one closes the other) order.third coast.. said:

Fidelity has over 700% daily volume of account transfers because this Robinhood fiasco. Be warned for those using fidelity. It might be a little crappy once the market opens.

SPY up 1% and SPXS up .9%. I may switch my hedges from SPXS calls to SPY puts or SQQQ.
