Based on what I'm seeing in real estate and overall S&P 500 P/E ratios - I feel we are approaching a bit of a bubble pop. Is it inevitable or do historical triggers no longer apply due to some change to our modern economy?

Fed is pumping a lot of money in to the market + stimulus + more people seem to be putting money in. I do think it will correct again at some point, but not sure it's in the next few weeks

Lot of sentiment underpinned by monetary policy and big money wants to be sure markets are positive through inaugaration. Doesn't mean all of the unrest won't override those plans. But we are accelerating the markets and regardless of fed policy a major correction versus a bubble will occur.

Yes. I have my passive investment account that's about 6 years old now with a money manager. Last year is likely an outlier but the difference between that one and what i did here is staggering. This year will be telling .
