Taking a look at the market on a macro level, the Dow is at 30,200ish and the nasdaq is at 12,854. It just feels like this thing is way overheated and that we are due for a major pull back, correction, or recession. I see the Dow hitting 20,000 several times before going to 40,000. Im thinking of going to an all cash position until things shake out a bit more with the election, stimulus etc. Thoughts?

The special dividend shares showed up either yesterday or today. I am resisting selling covered calls against it because I think this will make a move.

I am playing small, but I entered NFLX with Jan monthly 540C and I am offsetting with a 12/31 545C diagonal to eat some premium. if it goes up past 545, fantastic. Ideally, I can repeat this three times with progressively higher strikes.

Prog...FWIW I bought more shares today (will sell covered calls with a little rise) but also sold the Feb 5c for $1.40. Free money or shares for $3.60 cost basis.

Edit - Meant to say sold the Feb $5 puts for $1.40

I'd rather suffering Americans get real help than shipping billions to foreign countries, then a percentage will find it's way back to these politicians. The GOP voted for that stuffed foreign aid bull**** while Americans are hurting. Both of them are corrupt *******s and I hope they all burn.

I not only bought shares today I also sold the $5 Feb Puts for $1.40. Will sell covered calls on the shares with a little bump.

At least all the money being wasted would remain in local economies and be recycled numerous times for the betterment of Americans. Foreign aid benefits the corrupt politicians. Help Americans and then destroy DC, we'd all be better off.
