Looking for reversal confirmation on GME.

Got 2020'd on their earnings - spike to $18 then sold off to $14. Looking at $15 or $16 calls out a few weeks

I went in at the Model T of the last run up and put a tight stop just to see how this plays out

It's been real and the plan all along. Also the Texas case is water tight from what I've read. Biden never stood a chance.

Cashed out today. Sold all of my AAPL and FB stock. In the end AAPL was 90 percent of my portfolio.

They both treated me well, unfortunately I need the cash.

I learned quite a bit about myself this year, and riding out a chaotic market through Covid.

Merry Christmas to all, and thanks for the stock tips. May you all have fat wallets and thin wives in 2021.

Smart move, especially if you needed the cash. SCOTUS will have to rule on this case with 17 States now a party to it. Market hates uncertainty and cashing out today may prove prophetic.

I am betting on that before I dump my 100C's, might hold 1 for sentimental value, lol. I did buy AMD puts today before it got ugly and bought a few weekly 92C's near the low to flip tomorrow.

OPEX is next week! For what it's worth, I looked at the days preceeding monthly options expiration. The majority of the last 6 monthly expiration weeks, we started out highest on Monday, and gradually pulled back the rest of the week. The Friday preceeding was also typically a green one.

Not advice, we are pretty extended, but I thought it was interesting.

Question for the board, several folks have mentioned cashing out or at least going to a higher % of cash due to upcoming uncertainly. When you do this, do you mean literally everything? Even mass accumulation type stocks (OA type picks)? Or are you just dropping your medium to longer term type holdings?

I am using a retirement account, if that affects the answer. It's small (minnow) account compared to most on this board, but I'm learning things and getting better. Mostly curious as to strategies/thoughts here. May look to get a non-retirement account going soon, as this one has very limited options ability and I'd like to dabble in that a bit as well.
