If it's coming from XPO, give them a call and ask for it immediately. Mine was supposed to arrive late December, I called XPO a couple Fridays ago and asked to move up the delivery timeline and got it the following Tuesday.

I've been watching LADR for months now based on this thread and the dividend is damn nice even with recent run. Just haven't pulled trigger bc I'm nervous of what's going to drag on commercial real estate due to covid for a while.
But now I've got FOMO with this run.
Any thoughts on price target?
GOCO having a decent day for once in its life.
North of $10 but was at $18 in February so has room to go with things getting back to normal at some point. I also have this in a tax deferred account and the dividend is a part of the reason for this one. Been in since high $6s and added along the way into the mid 7s. We got an original delivery date and it said it was delivered, but never was. I called Peloton who called the warehouse and they confirmed it wasn't delivered because they had none in stock. So... NET what are you doing? This feels like a sell down half, take some gas off the fire and accept some loss type of trade. Or at least roll calls out a week or two? I don't want to be impatient but don't want to watch this go to $0 either.
Alright, I'm off to Netflix and chill, but I've reviewed some of my favs and see some good setups to share...
SQ - I can easily see an explosion move to take out $200 in the next week or 2
NIO - flag getting super tight... $48 would be a breakout of the wedge. Like OA says, you see $50 and there's explosion short squeeze..
ROKU - also really tight flag...textbook rising support on the hourly. I still think $300 could be in the cards by end of year.
CWH - $31 and we're on our way to party town in the RV with Cohodes, HP, Prog, McFly and 30K all talking politics.
DOCU - just now peeked into the gap on the hourly with a backtest in process. $215 here goes to $230 fast if you want a quick swing trade opportunity.
OSTK - bottom looks in medium term. I like it to trek up to mid 80s from here.
Macros all still holding daily 8 EMAs... healthy price action going on imo...
