Cramer RKT pump last night. Farner says they are big growth due to tech platform, but also high quality loans.

Could short interest be institutional shops pinning down price and selling call premium to giddy retail? Or is that conspiracy theory, and its just market betting on a future trend change in mortgage/refi?

Oh I'm doing it 'right' so far, but I'm going to have to wait another 15-20 yrs until I retire though or pay a hefty penalty.

COVID headlines are now going to drive this market for a bit -- the concern about this spike is very real. From the emails I have gotten here at this university medical center last couple days, things are deteriorating very fast. Not only are beds filling (still a bit to go, but trend is up), but there is a huge shortage in personnel right now. They don't have enough nurses, etc. right now to cover shifts. Everyone is either home sick, taking care of someone that is sick, or in contract tracing protocols that do not allow them to come to work. They are fearful all non-essential procedures will once again be canceled very soon, just like in March - April both to conserve resources but also to free people up to work COVID wards.

I'm not sure how we are gonna get past this one with the cold weather now kicking in....I think things will look really bad post-Thanksgiving (nothing to do with holiday, just time-wise with new rate of increase in infections).

I'm putting on a bunch of protections today

I am holding. I am sub .25 cost average and actually have GTCs set lower if it flashes post earnings. Who knows in 2020 how an earnings call would be responded to but it could go down or rocket up. My plan overall hasn't changed about going net free on more shares though.

Was this reported elsewhere as a future policy or just a single article on a single consult/bank suggestion?

I've seen a million of these types of "ideas" that are just trash, but never amount to anything for that reason. I don't plan on worrying about stuff until it has a basis in reality of impacting me.

So I was looking for protection moves on flow, my first find was SPY Jun 2021 275P, 16K contracts, or $9.84MM

QQQ - DEC 31 - 273P - 9.5K - $5.08MM

And then there is this:

Someone straddled TSLA 415 for DEC18, 2250 times at a cost of $58.95 each....or $13.2MM
