this aged well...ugh. I at least grabbed SQQQ and DUG commons yesterday.

If most of europe goes lockdown, oil demand will keep dropping and that will hurt our markets. I'm hoping we don't go lockdown - I don't think POTUS will, maybe a few blue states will.

Redler brought up a good point this morning, Asia has been doing OK with Covid, BABA and BIDU shouldn't be in the same type of situation as some other stocks........could be a value play on them in sentiment with the macro.

SPXS $1.14 sold all the 2nd level $0.50 and under buys to reduce all the buys at $0.92-$0.98 to $0.24 holding price going forward.

The current expectation for both France and Germany are 'lockdown lights' which aren't as severe as March-April. Namely they're keeping younger kids in school. The Euros are quite weird and socialist at times, but I will say they value young children way more than us Yanks who love to prioritise other things. Wrong thread I know... I'm a bit bored with all my sitting out of the market these days.

Hopefully you guys have mostly avoided the perceived 'value' plays of O&G... just brutal. I'm still bagholding a tiny bit of FENY from a few years ago. Guess I'll be selling it the next few weeks to negate some realised capital gains...

Definitely stayed away and I'm in midstream. Only stock I own is what they force me to with RSU. Election will tell the play...R win and pick any Oil names. D win and PLUG.

There's just so many better things to buy out there. I'm never touching anything O&G again, and I'm on the offshore services side.

I read something a while back about how you will do better trading and investing with less stress if you simply never mess with energy or financials. Something about how even if they have the best management, etc. they're still subject to too many outside forces completely out of anyone's control.

Big down day is an albatross to turn around. It still trying with this current pullback seeing larger volume preventing a triple bottom and maybe a shallow reverse H&S. Well now a triple bottom attempt.
