My GTC+ start at .255 and go down below .20 in increasing size. Didn't quite get there for me yet but not convinced it won't by end of today or AH.

Nope on Schwab. Charge is $0, like everything else.

No issues on fidelity, but do have to purchase in 5000 or less block shares
