I'm showing a likelihood of being -3 or -4% again tomorrow assuming you keep the exact same positions you had today. So if your portfolio lost $10,000 today, you're very possibly going to lose another $8-$10,000 tomorrow as well.

Me too. I think the rug pull will come when it's finally realized that reinfection is virtually impossible and a vaccine gets approved. Right when grandma and grandpa are ditching savings/fixed income for stonks. I just hope it's not a perfect storm of boomers raiding social security and taxpayer bailing out blown away retirement savings at same time.

What a day to be away from the house. I had sell orders related to model t achievement, not 4% market drop. Puts sold and didn't make up much for losses. AAPL and AMD were huge losses on paper today for me but I consider them long term investments so I try to ignore these shorter term moves.
My managed account was up almost 1% on the day, but I think those international stocks will follow the US overnight and that one will hurt tomorrow as well.

If this were simply a rotation wouldn't we see other sectors bumping up a lot?

today's hourly looked like an ugly bear pennant and futures seem to confirm more blood is needed!
Futures up with exception of Nasdaq. 21 day average holding firm so far like in June when we had a similar 1 day "crash". Let's see what happens.
Look at the monthly and weekly time frames for spy and qqq. The market was above the bollinger bands and those have resulted in some big declines in the past. I am watching to see some support from the ema's on these time frames before going long again.
