amzn started to jump on a 5m vol spike when I posted that, but it's still just stuck at 3285. I felt like 3301 was giong to win the day, but seems there's not enough gas.

I'm going to buy ATM SPY puts and calls that expire the next day or Friday because I expect a 1000 pt DJIA move in either direction at the open.


ETA: On election day, I'll be buying those.

Love the question, hate that i have no answer. I don't know how to predict measured moves like some of these gurus out there. I'd have to rely on psych numbers. Maybe pin one 50 wide at 3400?

3450/3400/3350 - probably gonna pay $4-$5 for it, probably too rich for my blood.
