This is a BWB (Broken Wing Butterfly) with directional bias. The way it's formed, in a perfect world it settles at 26 on expiry day; however, if it stays above that 24.41 it's better than break even.

If for some reason silver runs in the next few days and I can -23/+25p for less than the $.60 credit I received (say I can execute for a $.50 debit) that means I can have a risk free 25p/26p/27p fly that I actually received $.10 for. THIS is how my conservative ass likes to play.

In typical McInnis fashion, I hope I don't regret not buying more time on this. I was also looking at BWB's for Sept 18.

To execute the fly I actually use ThinkOrSwim, it allow me to set strikes and calc's the premium for me.

As for managing, if say SLV spikes, I'll go into the SLV verticals and potentially look at buying the +25p/-23p vertical spread. I don't have to do this, if it runs up I can just let the whole thing expire or finish where it does. I'm simply risk averse with my capital despite the bad decisions I often make.

my limit hit on 2x of my purchase. I don't have the time to watch this but really think it can run more.

It does. You have to be approved for a certain options trading level and then it will appear under multi-leg options trade in the drop-down box and a few other places.

Using this shared scan, I removed the OI field scan, I'm only looking at OTC's that are busting new highs that have insane volume. It's kind of showing me what the penny pumpers are doing at the moment. These will be scalps for me.

I used it and it gave me 4 returns, one was GOSY, then all of a sudden I start seeing GOSY light up my twitter. That's enough for me to realize the pumpers are on it at the moment

You only need to be the holder of record at the end of trading session today. However, you should expect the stock price to drop by approximately the amount once the holdings record is finalized (at which point the stock is trading ex-dividend)
