Swung OSTK 105 8/21 calls from yesterday for 50%. I'm still in QD. Sold covered calls at 2 when it was at 2. Patience.
Just chilling waiting for news. I think it will pop good when something is released.Zoobee said:Still in it. Not a huge holding, but I'm staying patient.zwhag2010 said:

I'm not sure if anyone else here is interested in a little bit of trader education this morning; however, last night I spent some time deepening my knowledge of broken wing butterflies (BWB), and after watching some videos (one tastytrade video in particular) it has come to my attention that the BWB win ratio can be 10x higher than that of the traditional butterfly win ratio over duration of time.
Outside of binary events (and even then I still may) my usage of actual butterflies is about to decrease significantly and I'll likely be utilizing BWB's more frequently.
BWB's are where you embed a credit spread in a typical butterfly to often times take a credit on the transaction. You can then often times close the transaction for a smaller debit (win) or let the entire BWB expire worthless (win) or utilize a few other methods to execute transaction management.
.....
I loaded up to average down on it, but don't take that as an indicator of confidence.Rice and Fries said:

MGNI showing some strength this morning.
EDIT: Astro beat me to it
If that is your only shares of NET, I'd call to check. TDA doesn't roll commission into the price like that, so that's not what's going on.maroon19 said:
I have a general question about using TDA, I bought shares of NET yesterday at a limit of $40.65 and noticed this morning I was down on my investment even though the stock is higher today. Just by doing the cost/shares, its saying my average cost per share is $49.60. Is this their way of doing commission or should I call about this and sort it out?
